QUICK HISTORY OF ALIM PLUS
1990— Mr. Robert Briscoe purchases the Estrie division in Ange-Gardien from Dellixo. The network extended from Sherbrooke to St-Hyacinthe, through the entire Montérégie area. 8 trucks cover this territory.
1997— ALIMPLUS expands its territory and starts serving the Greater Montreal area.
2000— ALIMPLUS purchased Boucher et Frères, a 40-year old company, then specialized in protein-based products. The warehouse then located on Henri-Julien Street in Montreal was relocated to the city of Anjou.
2003— ALIMPLUS purchased Les Produits alimentaires Galaxie de St-Jérôme, another company who has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Their activities are similar to the Estrie division who is also specialized in protein-based products. ALIMPLUS then expanded its territory northwards, until Hull-Gatineau.
2004— Today, the territory includes the island of Montreal until St-Jérôme, St-Donat, Hull, Gatineau, and in Estrie, that is in East-Angus, Asbestos, Drummondville, Sorel and Delson. ALIMPLUS can now serve the Northwest and the South Shore of Quebec.
2008– Phidias sanitary products are introduced
2009– Purchasing of Distribution Colac, specialized in Asian products.
